Lease Bank Guarantee required for Projects
Our company is 4 years old and is based in Romania. We seek a leased bank guarantee to finance our growth projects (outsourcing platform and successful restaurant franchise). Our bank in Romania has offered us a credit facility (90% LTV) and we have a Term Sheet plus a letter confirming this. Our credit facility will only be triggered by the MT760 delivery and will take approx a week to be enabled after MT760 authentication and assuming it is delivered from a major European bank (CS Zurich, Deutsche Frankfurt or Barclays London for example) and according to our bank's required verbiage.
